Part 7: Unique word for To Kill A Mockingbird.
I chose the word cruciverbalist for To Kill A Mockingbird. It means someone who loves to do crossword puzzles.
This reminds me about the book because Atticus enjoys doing crossword puzzles and does them at night to relax. He also reads books every evening.
I also chose the word hadeharia. It means the practice of constantly using the word “Hell” in speaking.
Scout starts swearing a lot because she thinks that if her father thinks she learned it at school, she won’t have to go anymore. I think Scout also does it to try to act tough and older, and less like a girl so Jem will still let her play with him.
