Part 1: Collage for The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
I chose a picture of child abuse because when Huck’s dad kidnaps him and starts to beat him, he decides to run away. Huck’s adventures start when he runs away and his dad beating him is the cause of that.
The picture of the raft shows that a good part of the book is set on the raft with Huck, Jim, the King, and the Duke. This picture is also from The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
I chose the picture of a ghost because when Huck runs away, everybody assumes that he is dead because he staged it to look like his death. When Huck find Jim, he is very frightened because he is positive that Huck is a ghost trying to punish him. Also, when Huck ran into Tom Sawyer, he thought the exact same thing.
My last picture is a picture of money. I pictured it because when Huck and Jim are with the King and Duke, all they think about is money. Where they can get it and how to do so. Before they came along Huck and Jim were just relaxing and having fun but when they are around, they work hard and try to trick people into giving them money.
